Jah is a passionate coach who enjoys helping individuals realize their physical capabilities and lead healthier lifestyles. His training style brings a level of intensity that challenges clients and keeps them engaged. He believes fitness should be both fun and results-driven. Jah has worked with various fitness levels and is confident his technique will provide clients with the tools they need to be successful.
Jah is also the Co-Founder of JTW FIT Inc and Co-Founder of Harlem HIIT, a group fitness studio providing quality and affordable fitness solutions to the Harlem community and beyond. Jah and his team offer a variety of classes including HIIT training, boxing, olympic weightliging and kettlebell instruction.
The perfect is client is someone who is committed both mentally and physically to achieving their goals. They understand the process will take a level of consistency and dedication and that results don't occur over night. They will have ups and downs along the way but they will stay focused on the bigger picture and not get bogged down by any adversity along the way.
