I do CrossFit and functional movements for myself. I implement them sometimes in my clients fitness plans. I offer workouts based on weight loss and bodybuilding as well. I like to be well rounded and encourage my clients to do the same. I like to do things that are new and out of my comfort zone. So I can get better at them.
I’ve been personal training for the past 5 years focusing on weight loss, bodybuilding, functional movements, Olympic lifting and crossfit. I take great pride in seeing my clients get the results they want and just getting fitter overall. Working out should be fun and enjoyable and that’s what I try to do with the workouts I program.

I train at a gym, at home, and out in local parks
Mondays to Fridays, 7 am - 6 pm
Saturdays, 8 am - 4 pm
I am will to start prior to 7 am and work later than 6pm if my clients prefer. I'm flexible
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATES: Communication B.A. from the University at Buffalo. ACE certified personal trainer. ACE weight management specialty certification. Currently working on my ACE functional training specialist certification. INTERESTS AND
ACHIEVEMENTS: I’m always interested in furthering my education when it comes to fitness. After finishing my current program with ACE I’d like to pursue my CrossFit Level 1 certification as well as as the USA Weightlifting Level 1 certification. Outside of fitness my interests are in movies, exploring San Diego, spending time with my family, walking my dog, and all things football.
