My workout style varies depending on the client but I tend to base it around strength and conditioning with HIIT incorporated. I work with two extremes, weight loss clients and dancers. Dancers are very specific but I like to work with individuals who are very active and need corrective exercise in order to be pain free. I believe in weight training in order to lose weight and once my weight loss clients lose weight, we go more in depth with a bodybuilding workout, if it goes according to their goals.
My brand/motto is MeagaMoves - "mini moves today, for MeagaMoves tomorrow." Our journeys aren't perfect but in doing many great things, we will be greater than we ever imagined.
I train at my in-house gym, the park and two other gym locations. I'm also willing to train clients at their homes, but I do charge a travel fee. I prefer training clients in the morning up until 2:00 pm! But I'm flexible and willing to fit any client into my schedule.

My ideal client is one who is a lot like me when I was growing up--someone going through a weight loss journey. Therefore, I can relate and connect to people. I genuinely love people and just want a client to see that greatness within themselves.
