I train 1 hour sessions. Depending on the clients preference. I specialize in hypertrophy, weight loss, strength training, olympic lifting, boxing, football specific training, athletic performance, and corrective exercise.

Do be educated on proper training styles, nutritional concepts, to feel better, see that they are looking better, and to be better. Results all depend on clients goals but all can be achieved.
1x per week = $100 per session
2x per week = $80 per session
3x per week = $70 per session
4x per week = $60 per session
