Each training plan is customized to each client's goals. Here, I vary in the types of training plans provided, as my client vary in their goals and needs.
I provide training plans for:
- Fat loss
- Powerlifting and Strength Training
- Sport-specific Training
Additionally, I have set programs that anyone can sign up for. These programs last for a set amount of weeks (usually 6 or 8 weeks), and have a one time price.
I am currently having a promotion where new clients will receive 10% off any training. This promotion ends February 14, 2019.
