My workout classes and private sessions mostly use range of motion and functional exercises in multiple planes of motion. I use different pieces of equipment based on the space and have formatted the classes according to this to create variety. Tools I use are light free weights 3-5 lbs, resistance bands, TRX suspension straps, ballet barres and a unique ball called the “pelvicore ball"

  • Individual Training $150/hr any day mornings to evenings, all at her locations
  • 10-Session Package $1400 ($140/hour for 10 sessions) any day mornings to evenings, all at her locations
  • 20-Session Package $2600 ($130/hour for 20 sessions) any day mornings to evenings, all at her locations
